    With this new climate of people being laid off and jobs have to switch to this “work from home” dynamic, how are people dealing with stress? I know that it has been mentioned before but I am really interested on seeing how people are taking this time to both improve their working self while also their mental health. For instance, I have taken to meditating at least 1 hour a day, be it as my lunch time or once I get off of work. It helps to put my mind at east and relax myself.

    I workout in order to help blow of stress. It is a physical way for my to deal with all the problems I had during the day.
