I’ve decided I want to create an app that I will be selling in the apple and android store. The next step is to form an LLC, I will be working from home so I don’t have a real office. I am hiring out for the developers as contractors.

Where is the best place to get a virtual office that will work for my situation since all of these forms want a physical location?

Any help on this would be great!

If you are a startup or small business owner filing for a LLC or corporation without a physical office, you might be tempted to use your home address as your business address.

A business address will protect your privacy and provide a professional business image.
As a business owner your personal and professional information will be publicly exposed when you list a home address. Your home address will be used for customer contact and legal information. By using a business address instead of your home address, it will assure anonymity and full privacy.

Using a business address will give your small business a professional image, trustworthiness, and adds legitimacy. Additionally, a business address will make it easier for customers to find and contact your business.

Registered Agents require a physical address when you decide on a LLC or corporation business.
