Interesting question that I wanted to see what people thought. Would you rather hire from within and promote current employees or hire someone from outside of the company? What are your guy’s thoughts?
I agree with that to some extent. It would be easier to hire within because people will already know the basic workings of the company. You wouldn’t have to reintroduce someone to the culture and get them used to the rules. On the other hand sometimes a fresh pair of eyes and prospective is great for the company. So it depends on what type of worker you are looking for at the time.
