My timetable of job differs, sometimes I operate in the morning, sometimes at night, but my days are fairly complete. Sometimes I sneak off to work at the library or Starbucks when I need to break for the normal schedule of things. I have housework, family, animals to take and pick up from doggy day care, errands, etc. and I wondered how people worked their at home businesses into their busy days.

The best thing about having a home business is that you make your own schedule. I have met people in the past that told me they can’t seem to focus at home, and end up getting distracted. Those people, in my humble opinion, will not be successful. On a basic level, you need to be self motivated and able to produce at home. If you’re one of those people, it doesn’t matter at all when you work. I used to stay up late working when everyone else was sound asleep – sometimes until 3 or 4 in the morning – and it worked great. I got tons done and no one bothered me at all so I was much more productive. If you have time to work between other obligations, then I guess that’s when you have time, so work then! Best of luck.

Working from home is a job inside itself isn’t it? Getting distracted is a daily thing for me with all the chaos that goes on in my house lol! But I agree right now I am up while everyone is asleep and it makes it easier to get work down. It all depends on the person I guess. Sometimes people like to get up super early and work through the day while others are night owls. Setting your own schedules has its up and downs it seems!
