Administration 2. Reset and Resend Passwords

 

Reset an Employee’s Password From the Settings Page

Click on the user’s name from the Dashboard, select the box to reset the password, and click Save Settings. Write the password down and give it to the employee.

 

Reset an Employee’s Password and Send Email

Click Tools in the left menu. Click Re-Send Welcome Emails. Select the user/s you wish to send passwords to. This form will reset and send passwords to users that have an email address in the system.

 

Reset Your Own Password From the Login Page

On the login page of our website, below the login fields, there is a Lost Password link. Enter the email address you use to log in and the system will send you a new password. It may take a couple of minutes to process but should not take longer than five. Some users do not have email addresses in the system. These users will need to contact their administrator to have the password reset.
