When accruals tracking is turned on, any user may use the Manual Entry Form on the Hourly timesheet to request time off or to enter time on dates that they already had off. Basic users need approval for these requests. Administrators and supervisors with proper permissions can enter it directly.
Mass Entries for Holiday and Other Mass Time Entry Needs
Occasionally, you may need to enter time for all users at once, like on holidays, for example. Use the Global Time Entry Form located in Tools accessible from the left menu. You can include all users or just select specific ones when using this form to enter time.
Be careful! If you mistakenly put time on many users’ timesheets with this form, you will have to delete them individually.
