Reset Individual Employees’ Passwords From Their Settings Page
Click on the user’s name from the Dashboard. On the main Settings page, select the box to reset the password, and click Save Settings. If the user has a valid email address in the system, the user will get an email with the new password. This email will be CCd to the administrator or direct supervisor. If the user does not have an email address in the system, no one will get an email so you will need to write the password down.
Reset Employees’ Passwords With a Bulk Tool and Send Email
Click Tools in the left menu. Click Re-Send Welcome Emails. Select the user/s to which you wish to send passwords. This form will reset and send passwords to users that have an email address in the system.
Reset Your Own Password From the Login Page
There is a ‘Lost Password’ link on our login page. Enter your username (email address) and Timesheets.com will send you a new, temporary password. It may take 2-3 minutes to process. Users with non-email usernames cannot use the lost password form. These users will need to contact their supervisor or account administrator to have the password reset.
