Employers may want users to sign the entries on their timesheets to verify accuracy. The administrator of an account can enable Electronic Signatures in a user’s settings.
Users can sign time records by checking the box to the left of each record on their timesheet and clicking the button that reads “Sign Selected Records” below. Signed time records display with a pen icon to the left of the date. The date and the time of the signing are recorded in the Audit Trail, accessible by clicking the plus sign to the left of the entry.
If the record is modified by a supervisor, the user will have to resign the record.
