Sometimes employees return to work after having been laid off, or move from one office to another. There are many reasons why an email address might already be in the Timesheets.com database.
If you attempt to add an employee and receive a message about the email address already being in use, it means that there is an existing account with that user’s email address. The account may be in your account on the Dashboard’s Inactive Users tab, or it could be in another account altogether.
