Entering Hourly Time Using a Form

Depending on your account configuration, you may be able to enter time using a form rather than the Clock In/Out buttons. To use the time entry form:

  1. Click My Timesheet in the left menu.
  2. Ensure that you are viewing the Hourly Time page, and navigate to the Time Entry tab.
  3. Select the proper Time Classification from the available options.
  4. Set the date and time for the record.
  5. Select an account code and input any necessary work notes.
  6. Click the Save New Record button to complete your entry.

If supervisor approval is required, the record will post as pending on your timesheet until it has been approved.
