9. Hourly Record History Report

The Hourly Record History Report can be used to inspect the audit trail for specific users within a date range of up to 366 days. The report can be set to display every record for the desired user’s timesheet that had one or more alerts during the desired date range.

To use the report:

  1. Select your date range using the calendars.
  2. Check the box to Include only records with alerts, if desired.
  3. Select the user whose records you wish to view using the Employee drop-down menu.
  4. Click the View Report button to view the records.

Click the expand button to the left of any entry to view its audit trail.
