The work time calculator is a simple tool that can be used to calculate total hours over a given time period without entering records onto a user’s timesheet. To use this form:
- Set the number of rows to display in the field at the top of the page, and click Submit. This would correspond to the total number of records to include in the calculation.
- Enter the start times and end times for each record.
- The totals for each record are shown in the column to the right, and the grand total of hours is shown in the Total Time field at the bottom of the page. These values are updated in real time.
- Click the Clear All button to begin a new calculation.
