Anyone who uses Timesheets.com or is tracked in Timesheets.com is considered a user for licensing purposes, regardless of their role. All licenses are billed at the same rate and are transferable to new users.

Yes, Timesheets.com can be paid for monthly or annually. Seasonal businesses like summer camps, tax preparers, and others can pay for just the months and the people they need.

Freelancer accounts are designed for independent workers who track their own time and expenses. They independent of other accounts and can't be used to track other workers. Anyone can create a new account as a freelancer. 

Yes. Clients may pay for annual service by check. Timesheets.com is unable to accept checks for month to month clients. Contact us for an invoice or you may send a check for annual service to PO Box 1392, Discovery Bay, CA 94505.

No problem! Your free trial expires after a few weeks and that's it.

Photo Timestamp is a feature whereby Timesheets.com saves a photo of workers each time they punch the clock. We charge a little extra for this option because we have to store lots of photos.
