Timesheets.com costs $5.50 per user per month with no base fee or minimum monthly charge. You only pay for active users.
Are there long-term contracts, or is it month-to-month?
Timesheets.com offers monthly and annual options for the same price per user and clients can switch between them at beginning of any new prepaid service period.
What's included in my free trial?
You get access to all our great features during the trial, including unlimited live support – a benefit you keep when you become a paying customer.
Are support and onboarding included?
Yes! We’re available to help with support and onboarding anytime. The happier you are, the longer you’ll stay!
Are there any hidden fees, like base fees or cancelation fees?
None whatsoever. We sell license in tiers. After your free trial, you’ll pay only the charge per tier unless you add the Photo Timestamp security option, which has a small, additional storage fee per user. Use our price calculator above to see how much Timesheets.com will cost.
Do you have options for seasonal companies?
Yes, Timesheets.com can be paid for monthly or annually. Seasonal businesses like summer camps, tax preparers, and others can pay for just the months and the people they need.
How do I get a free, freelancer account?
Freelancer accounts are designed for independent workers who track their own time and expenses. They independent of other accounts and can’t be used to track other workers. Anyone can create a new account as a freelancer.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Clients may pay for annual service by check. Timesheets.com is unable to accept checks for month to month clients. Contact us for an invoice or you may send a check for annual service to PO Box 1392, Discovery Bay, CA 94505.
What if I don't like my free trial?
No problem! Your free trial expires after a few weeks and that’s it.
What is PhotoTimestamp?
Photo Timestamp is a feature whereby Timesheets.com saves a photo of workers each time they punch the clock. We charge a little extra for this option because we have to store lots of photos.
